Lighten Up
This is the first job we did with Durham, NC designer Sarah Foster. She had the basic design worked out, and left the fine details to us. The owner Nikki was so thrilled with the custom woodwork we installed, she’s allowed us to bring other designers and clients by to have a look.

    Like a Whole New House
This combination bookase and display & storage cabinet was just what Nikki wanted to lighten up and re-purpose the living room. We chose low voltage LED lighting for the cabinet lights, because Xenon and Halogen lights get too hot, and she wanted the cabinet lighting to add ambient light to the room. The glass insert shelves bring even more of that light into the space, as well as creating a beautiful focus on the pieces on display. The cabinet and other decorative painting was done by our friend Davide Aguiar at Can Decorative Painting.
